Job Description:

  • Design, implement, and oversee customer programs and projects, managing all phases from initiation to completion.
  • Plan, execute, control, and review project delivery to meet customer commitments, ensuring thorough project documentation and adherence to management processes.
  • Respond promptly and decisively to client needs, actively managing expectations.
  • Establish and nurture strong customer relationships, acting as the primary liaison with internal departments (sales, engineering, manufacturing, quality, shipping) and ensuring high-quality customer support.
  • Facilitate communication with clients on product-related issues, engineering changes, and Bill of Materials (BOM) updates, while providing regular project status updates and reports.
  • Conduct cost analysis studies and offer accurate product quotations, supporting cost-effectiveness and budget management.
  • Develop and implement programs aimed at improving cost-efficiency, safety, production standards, and overall process effectiveness.
  • Drive performance on key business metrics (e.g., revenue growth, cost management, inventory turnover) and customer satisfaction metrics (e.g., pricing, on-time delivery, quality).
  • Offer proactive feedback on continuous improvement opportunities, drawing from knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes.
  • Coordinate customer priorities with factory operations and address customer needs for scheduling, order changes, and issue resolution related to new orders, shipments, or billing discrepancies.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation and database records, ensuring compliance with company and customer standards.
  • Occasionally travel to customer and company sites to support project execution and maintain client relationships.


Requirement:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering/Business/Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program/project management within a manufacturing, engineering, or customer-focused environment
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end customer projects, including cost analysis, technical risk assessment, and delivering continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of product development processes, engineering change management, and Bill of Materials (BOM) management.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer or company meetings, site visits, and other project needs.
