Job Purpose
- In charge of developing and executing a comprehensive investor relations strategy.
- Responsible for monitoring, analyzing and reporting data, all external communications and disclosures, and adhering to corporate governance and regulations.
Key Accountabilities
- Further develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive strategic plan for investor relations that helps ensure fair valuation of the company.
- Develop and maintain close relationships with key investors and analysts.
- Communicate on a transparent and consistent basis and in compliance with corporate policies and securities regulations.
- Plan and ensure execution of key investor events and communications, including road shows, investor days, analyst days as well as developing investor-facing communications.
- Research and monitor competitor, regulatory, and broader external environment to understand potential impact.
- Provide accurate, consistent and timely responses to all external inquiries from investors and analysts.
- Manage communication and disclosure to analysts (and the public) through structured meetings, quarterly results announcement, analyst presentations, and the Investor Relations website.
- Track share price against regional and international indices and identify root cause for any major diversion from trend.
- Analyse company’s performance, including analysts’ consensus, benchmarking against peers, preparation of Board pack and key business highlights/ updates to Board of Directors/ management.
- Analyse research reports on company and competitors in each geography and identify key gaps and value drivers.
- Benchmark operating performance against competition and industry trends, in combination with analysis of research reports.
- Suggest key value drivers and initiatives to positively impact the shareholder value.
- Planning of full year Investor Relations calendar.
- Fulfil reporting, submission and communication requirements.
- Manage share register, forecasts and stock movements.
Qualification, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Finance / Accounting.
- At least 10 years of working experience in Investor relations or strategic reporting role/ equity research background.
- Excellent written, spoken and presentation skills.
- Strong excel, data extraction and analytical skills.
- Must be able to communicate effectively to all levels of organization (including C-levels).
- Willing to travel at short notice.
- Must be a team player.
