Are you a digital marketing enthusiast with a global outlook? We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to join our Global Marketing Communications team at a premium and luxury multinational automotive brand based in Malaysia. This role is responsible for executing brand and campaign strategies across regions including Asia-Pacific, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Central and Eastern Europe, Africa, and South America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead regional campaign management, coordinating strategy and execution across various model lines and brand topics.
  • Collaborate closely with priority markets, regional agency partners, product teams, and headquarters to align creative processes and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Oversee tactical campaign requirements from creative brief to production, engaging relevant markets and agency networks throughout each campaign cycle.
  • Manage and evaluate the network of media and marketing agencies, overseeing annual strategic planning and agency performance to maximize campaign impact.
  • Act as a Content & Campaign Key Account, ensuring international markets are equipped with the content and resources needed to meet brand and volume targets.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 headcounts, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and excellence.

What You’ll Tackle:

  • Drive strategic alignment for content marketing, contributing to digital transformation efforts and supporting the electrification of our product range.
  • Plan and execute strategic content marketing initiatives tailored to global markets, aligning with overarching brand and product objectives.
  • Manage the global campaign development process for all products, guiding efforts from communication strategy to local and regional campaign rollouts.
  • Facilitate collaboration between headquarters and regional teams to ensure campaigns are tailored to specific market needs while upholding a cohesive global presence.
  • Oversee budget planning, content marketing schedules, and campaign processes to optimize customer engagement across all channels and touchpoints.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Commercial training with experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in German and English, with additional language skills being advantageous.
  • Strong MS Office skills (particularly PowerPoint and Excel).
  • A strategic thinker with analytical skills, teamwork orientation, and excellent organizational and communication abilities.
