We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our sales initiatives in Singapore and Malaysia. In this role, you will handle incoming lead validation, outbound sales activities, and sales operations to grow our client base and drive revenue. You’ll be an integral part of the team, working closely with Business Development Representatives and co-founders, gaining invaluable experience and contributing to our expansion in the Asia-Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Execution: Consistently generate meetings with qualified leads from both inbound inquiries and outbound efforts.
  • Lead Validation:
  • Conduct discovery calls using the BANT methodology to qualify leads.
  • Schedule demo meetings for Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and ensure leads receive relevant pre-meeting materials.
  • Maintain and update email templates for various industries and products.
  • Outbound Sales:
  • Leverage tools like Apollo to target key client segments and execute outbound campaigns.
  • Craft engaging messages for cold outreach via email and LinkedIn.
  • Utilize targeted call scripts to introduce Rewardz and assess lead interest.
  • Identify networking events to enhance pipeline opportunities.
  • Sales Operations:
  • Collaborate with Tech and Product teams to organize tailored client demos.
  • Assist with RFP submissions and vendor onboarding documentation.
  • Manage demo accounts and content across products for client presentations.
  • Create and customize high-quality pitchbooks for client meetings.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Rewardz’ product offerings to deliver compelling pitches to potential clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success teams to align efforts.
  • CRM Management: Ensure timely and accurate updates of all sales activities in HubSpot.

Requirements

  • Sales Experience: At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales and business development, preferably within SaaS, selling to HR or marketing leaders in the APAC region.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot) and other sales platforms (lead databases, meeting tools, etc.).
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English proficiency, with the ability to engage stakeholders confidently over phone and video calls.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of executing outbound sales processes and building successful client relationships.
  • Self-Driven: Ability to work independently with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Availability: Must be able to join by November 1, 2024.
