As part of ASIA Finance team, the Senior Finance Planning Analyst (FP&A) will be involved in various areas of financial including making an impact through planning and analysis and “hands on” with key tools namely; Hyperion and Excel. Based at UOA Business Park, Shah Alam, the Senior FP&A reports to the Finance Manager.

The Role
Key Responsibilities Include The Following
- Collaborate with plant Financial Analysts in China, India and Thailand, as well as with operations and functions, to ensure the accuracy of forecasts.
- Support the timely and precise preparation and consolidation of monthly closing, rolling financial forecasts, annual budgets and the five-year long-range plan for plants.
- Perform standard analyses on metrics such as volume, revenue, operating income, free cash flow and capital spending to provide early business indicators and support decision-making.
- Develop and maintain key operational reports.
- Analyze financial data to verify adherence to accounting procedures.
- Assist with and manage various ad hoc projects as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Hyperion is preferred.
- Equipped with more than 5 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, or Auditing within the manufacturing industry or MNC.
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment with high precision.
- Fluency in Chinese to support China stakeholders.
- Strong understanding or P&L logic.
- Willing to work at UOA Business Park, Shah Alam.
