Job Scope:
Corporate & Malaysian Businesses HR Leader
- Lead the HR team covering full spectrum of HR function (such as but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, Performance Management), together with Corporate Centre of Excellence, to fulfil established People agenda.
- Experience in end to end HR operations and talent acquisition.
- Address and drive resolution for all people related matters that fall outside precedence or established practices.
- Collaboration with business leaders on people matters and refine existing practices and procedures.
Talent Management & Organization Development
- To lead talent management and organization development initiatives across the group, including Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Organization Development and implementing learning strategies and programs.
- Working closely with the business leaders and the Human Resource team members globally, the incumbent will provide tools and strategic consultation to build bench strength and create succession pipelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University.
- Progressively senior experience of at least 15-20 years in energy, manufacturing or construction sector
- Proven track record of leading HR teams regionally
- HR generalist with solid experience in HR business partnering & operations
- Well verse in talent management and learning & development
