Requirement
- Candidates must possess at least a Degree or Diploma within Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
- A "people person".
- Female
- Ability to handle high levels of pressure and make critical decision-making.
- Has good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact and engage with employee at all levels.
- Good working knowledge in HR laws and regulations.
- Well rounded experience in overall HR activities such as recruitment, performance reviews, salary administration and employee engagement.
- Energetic, high motivated with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success
- Preferred Malay speaker
Salary Propose: RM2,000-RM2,300.
