Recruitment Management:

  • Responsible for recruiting talents operations staff, and optimization specialists, with a focus on recruiting.
  • Plan and execute recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interviews, and hiring, ensuring an efficient recruitment process.
  • Maintain and expand recruitment channels, actively seeking and attracting outstanding talents to join the company.

    Compensation and Benefits Management:

    • Manage monthly attendance calculation and performance KPI assessment, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments.
    • Develop and optimize employee benefit plans to meet employee needs and enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

      Employee Management:

      • Resolve daily employee issues, provide necessary support and assistance, and maintain good employee relations.
      • Plan and organize team-building activities to promote team cohesion and a friendly atmosphere.
      • Responsible for maintaining the daily order of the office environment, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness.
      • Assist HR Manager and responsible for handling full spectrum of HR functions.
      • To undertake and perform other HR functions, ad-hoc projects and other duties as assigned
      • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
      • Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave, annual leave
      • Proper filling & documentation

        Organization Development

        • Assist Project Officer in managing project, from pre development to post development stage.
        • Follow up submission approval from relevant authorities.
        • Check and verify contractor's claims.

Requirement

  • Candidates must possess at least a Degree or Diploma within Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
  • A "people person".
  • Female
  • Ability to handle high levels of pressure and make critical decision-making.
  • Has good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact and engage with employee at all levels.
  • Good working knowledge in HR laws and regulations.
  • Well rounded experience in overall HR activities such as recruitment, performance reviews, salary administration and employee engagement.
  • Energetic, high motivated with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success
  • Preferred Malay speaker

    Salary Propose: RM2,000-RM2,300.
