As the Field Marketing Principal, you will be responsible for driving campaign strategy and pipeline support programs. You will focus on a variety of marketing projects, conceiving and executing targeted programs to drive sales. You will collaborate with other departments such as sales and product development. You will lead projects and mentor other team members.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Set strategic marketing direction and omni-channel campaign strategy, execution, and optimization.
  • Develop and recommend ROI-oriented marketing activities and programs.
  • Design and implement marketing lead generation programs, tools, and guidelines for the sales team.
  • Analyze and provide recommendations based on reporting and measurement to determine program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop print/electronic communications, web presence, events, thought leadership, sales support materials, and social media efforts.
  • Participate in tradeshows to build business relationships and understand customer goals and challenges.
  • Lead projects, mentor team members, and negotiate contracts with outside vendors.

  • Self-starter with proven collaboration experience.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of branding concepts and enterprise software solutions.
  • Demonstrated passion and ability to learn technology quickly.

What Could Set You Apart

  • 8+ years of applicable experience.
  • 3+ years of specialized/industry experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (MBA is a plus).
