Job Responsibility

• Handle and manage fresh flowers on a daily basis to ensure their longevity and appearance
• Ensure fresh flowers are properly cared for by trimming, watering, and keeping them at optimal temperatures. Manage the lifespan of flowers and plants in the shop
• Ensure floral arrangements meet a set standard of quality
• Stay updated on floral design trends and experiment with innovative techniques to bring fresh ideas into the shop’s offerings
• Create custom floral arrangements, bouquets, centerpieces, wreaths, and other floral displays based on customer preferences, occasions, and seasonal availability
• Greet customer warmly and assist with their floral needs
• Company offers floral arranging classes, florists may be involved in planning and teaching them
• Stay updated with current floral design trends and work with the innovation team to prototype and create stunning products
• Stay updated with floral trends in design, color palettes, and arrangement styles from around the world. Follow trends in social media, fashion, and interior design that might inspire fresh, colorful ideas.
• Liaise with the relevant department for order and delivery proceed to customers

If you have an interest and knowledge-base when comes to the handling and structuring of floral arrangements, we want you!

• Minimum of 2 years experience
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both spoken and written
• Have a strong sense of time management
• In-depth knowledge of various flowers, foliage, and floral design techniques.
• Detailed-oriented
• Knowledgeable in floral arrangements
• Strong sense of urgency, ownership, focus and able to take instructions
• Ability to work independently
• Able to work 6 days per weeks/ PH/ Festive season (OT/allowance)
• Language: Mandarin, English, Malay
