1. Designation: Sales Coordinator / Sales Admin
2. Report to: Sales & Marketing Executive/ Sales & Marketing Manager
3. Responsibility & Authority:
• Handling sales administration work
• Documentation and Filling in order
• Maintain and update record for Sales and Stock Listing
• Arrange 3rd party logistic transport if needed
• Contact and follow up customer order
• Coordinate with Sales Executive and Factory side for stock delivery
• Assist Sales & Marketing Exe / Manager
• Ensures that the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 requirements are effectively carried out
• Adhering to safety and performance standards
• Other ad hoc tasks and duties as when required
• Customer services
• Basic data sales analysis
4. Competency Requirements:
• SPM or Diploma In Marketing or other related subject
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge in computer literate
• Fresh graduate are encourage to apply
• Excel knowledge
