Job Description:

We’re looking for a passionate and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Relations & Marketing Assistant! In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our customer interactions, helping to shape our brand experience while gaining valuable skills in customer service and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Customers: Handle inquiries and provide detailed information about our products and services. Be the go-to person for resolving customer issues and complaints, ensuring a top-notch experience every time.
• Order Management: Assist with order entry, tracking, and follow-up to guarantee timely delivery and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Market Research: Conduct research to gather insights on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Your findings will directly inform our marketing strategies and help us stay ahead of the curve!
• Database Management: Update marketing databases and customer lists to ensure accuracy and relevance for targeted marketing efforts. Your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining our high standards.
