Role Overview

Our client is looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join the team and support multiple beauty and lifestyle brands. In this role, you will oversee brand management, advertising performance, and event coordination, collaborating closely with both local and remote teams to drive brand success and ensure consistent marketing impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Management

• Marketing Collateral: Collaborate with our Singapore team and remote designers to create high-quality marketing materials that align with brand guidelines for stores and events.

• Store Collateral Coordination: Ensure mall stores have the necessary and updated marketing materials before promotions and events, coordinating with store managers for seamless distribution and display.

• Campaign Performance: Establish and manage procedures for marketing campaigns, receive weekly reports, analyze campaign effectiveness, and maintain a dashboard to track brand performance.

2. Ads Management

• Ad Monitoring: Monitor ads twice a week, tracking key metrics to ensure optimal performance, and report on campaign progress.

• Ad Management Procedures: Develop effective procedures in collaboration with the remote team to standardize ad management and ensure team members are well-trained and compliant.

• Performance Reporting: Focus on increasing Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) while maintaining profit margins, providing regular reports on ad performance.

3. Event Management

• Event Planning: Plan and execute events that align with our marketing strategies, collaborating with the team to ensure each event runs smoothly.

• Event Collateral: Work with the design team to create event materials (posters, banners, digital media) and ensure timely delivery.

• Execution & Feedback: Manage event logistics and oversee execution, then gather feedback post-event to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage brand activities, campaigns, and events simultaneously.

• Proven experience in brand coordination, campaign management, or event planning.

• Ability to analyze data and reports to assess marketing performance.

• Strong communication skills to work effectively with both local and remote teams.

• Familiarity with the beauty and lifestyle industry is a plus.

• Willingness to relocate to Singapore.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM10,000.00 per month
