Job Responsibility

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to accounting software & Hardware.

• Provide support to end-users by phone, email, or in person.

• Train end-users on the proper use of accounting software and resolve issues related to data entry and processing.

• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve issues related to software integration and network connectivity.

• Update and maintain accounting software systems, ensuring data integrity and security.

• Assist in the development and implementation of new accounting software applications and upgrades.

Job Requirements

• Possess Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Familiarity with database management, networking, and security protocols.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

• Those have experience in providing technical support for accounting software, such as AutoCount, SQL, or Access & Hardware will be added advantage.

• Ability to speak in Mandarin and English.
