    • Conduct organizational assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Employee Engagement:
    • Implement strategies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights.

The Successful Applicant

  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in talent management and organizational development roles.
  • Proven track record in leading and implementing successful HR initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools.
