    2. Baking and Cooking

    • Preparing various types of dough, shaping them into the required forms.
    • Operating ovens and other baking equipment to bake cakes, cookies, and other goods. This includes monitoring baking times and temperatures to ensure products are cooked properly.
    • Decorating and Assembling: If applicable, assisting with the decoration of cakes, and other baked goods, following specific designs or customer requests.

      3. Product Quality Control

      • Ensuring that products meet the bakery’s standards in terms of taste, appearance, texture, and freshness.
      • Ensuring that baked goods are made consistently, following recipes and proper procedures.
      • Ensuring that finished products are properly stored, cooled, and packaged if necessary.

        4. Cleaning and Maintenance

        • Cleaning and maintaining mixers, ovens, trays, and other equipment after each use.
        • Maintaining cleanliness in the work area, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces, in compliance with food safety regulations.
        • Following strict hygiene standards to prevent contamination, including proper handwashing and keeping all areas tidy.

          5. Inventory Management

          • Helping to check inventory levels of ingredients and supplies and assisting with the restocking of ingredients and other necessary items.
          • Monitoring the use of ingredients and helping to minimize waste during the baking process.

            6. Customer Service

            • Packaging Baked Goods: Ensuring that cakes and other items are properly packaged for sale or delivery.

              7. Safety Compliance

              • Adhering to workplace safety standards, especially when working with hot ovens and sharp tools.
              • Following proper food handling guidelines, including temperature control and storage requirements to maintain product safety.
  • Candidates must possess at least Certificate or Diploma in any field.
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English language.
  • Candidates with no working experience and fresh graduates are welcome to apply for this position.
  • Physically fit for standing and lifting.
