Business Director

Our company's main customer market is the injection molding industry, with a primary business scope of peripheral equipment for injection molding machines, as temperature controllers, chillers, and robotic arms. Additionally, we also cover water, electricity, and gas engineering, central material supply engineering, cleanroom engineering and automated warehousing engineering.
1. Organize the formulation of sales strategies, regional coverage strategies, and promotional plans based on the company's overall strategy, and the sales promotion work in Southeast Asian countries such as Malaysia.
2. Be responsible for setting the annual sales targets for Southeast Asian countries like Malaysia, executing them, making strategic adjustments and tactical decisions based on the company's development stage or market feedback.
3. Be responsible for expanding target customers and managing customer relationships to ensure the of the company's sales targets.
4. Be responsible for building and managing the sales team, standardizing sales processes, and achieving sales goals.
5. Poss the ability and responsibility to independently guide and mentor new sales teams, train subordinates, and help them improve their work performance to ensure the department's sales targets are.
6. Be responsible for internal and external communications of the company, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating business expansion.
7. Be responsible for managing the marketing team cultivating personnel, providing a continuous supply of talent for the long-term development of the business.

Qualifications:
1. More than 3 years of marketing experience in the same industry or related industry is preferred;
2. Comprehensive and rich management experience in business management, marketing, etc.;
3. Have a high sense of responsibility and team leadership ability, strong organizational planning ability, good professional ethics and professionalism, and have a strong responsibility for the enterprise;
4. Have good business awareness and management ability, excellent communication skills and leadership skills, can stimulate the potential of subordinates, promote teamwork, expand the market and create profits.
