As we aim to elevate our brand and expand our footprint, we’re seeking a strategic and innovative Brand Manager to lead our next phase of growth.
Position Overview:
The Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in revitalizing and strengthening the KyoChon 1991 brand across Malaysia. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that resonate with our customers, increase market share, and elevate brand loyalty. The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing professional with a deep understanding of consumer trends, especially within the food and beverage industry in Malaysia, and possesses a strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; an MBA is highly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in brand management, ideally within the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in managing brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive decision-making.
• Deep understanding of the Malaysian market and consumer preferences, with a keen insight into the food and beverage industry.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience managing and motivating teams.
