Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Review the standard cost change form and prepare system input and coordinating necessary changes into the ERP system.
- Timely and accurate preparing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly report to support the cost analysis and management reporting.
- Perform month end closing for inventory closing and ledger entry for inventory reconciliation, negative WIP, WIP aging and stock in transit value adjustment.
- Assist and participate in business process improvement project.
- Perform accounting and finance related duties or tasks as assigned from time to time
- Degree in Accounting or Finance/Professional Qualification in Accounting (CIMA/ACCA)
- Minimum 3 years related experience. Exposure to Cost Accounting and MNC manufacturing environment.
- Experienced in Oracle and Hyperion is preferred.
- Background in job costing or process costing and good accounting knowledge.
- Strong analytical skills and excel skills, meticulous, organised and attention to detail.
- Self-starter with ability to work as a team and able to meet tight deadline.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. In view of business needs, those who have proficiency in Mandarin will have an added advantage.
