QA Exec Cum Halal Executive
Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure products meet established standards (ISO 22000:2018) and Halal
Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes and products to identify and resolve quality issues.
Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to quality assurance and Halal compliance.
Conduct training sessions for employees to raise awareness of quality and Halal standards.
Provide guidance on best practices to ensure compliance with Halal requirements.
Liaise with external auditors, certification bodies, and regulatory agencies on quality and Halal matters.
Communicate effectively with internal teams to address and resolve quality and Halal-related issues.
Updating QC Manual (Work Flow, Product Specification, Machine Specification)
Review & verify all quality records and reports.
Oversee maintenance, calibration and all test equipment.
Organize and maintain hygiene standards of food handlers and the plant premise.
Assist in product evaluation, shelf-life monitoring, batch sampling and computing results.
° Candidates must posses at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology/Food Science or equivalent/Halal
° Candidates must posses a Profesional Halal Executive Certification by HPB
° Min 2 years experiences in food industry.
° Basic Knowledge of GMP, HACCP,ISO 2200, HALAL, etc.,
° Able to work independently with minimum supervision
° Possess own transport.
° Computer literate
° Able to start working early of December 2024
