  • Previous working experience in customer service or education related fields is an added advantage but not essential.
  • Customer-oriented and possess good service etiquette.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. Prefer Mandarin speaking candidates (SPEAK, READ and WRITE in MANDARIN.)
  • Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Any ad hoc assignment as given by the superior.
  • Assist in organizing events and seminars.
  • Able to travel outstation.
