- To efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer call inquiries.
- To provide fast and timely solutions to all customer-related problems.
- To ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent Customer Services.

- Effectively manage large numbers of incoming calls, WhatsApp, and e-mails.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Min SPM/STPM and above.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
- Previous working experience in customer service or education related fields is an added advantage but not essential.
- Customer-oriented and possess good service etiquette.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Prefer Mandarin speaking candidates (SPEAK, READ and WRITE in MANDARIN.)
- Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Any ad hoc assignment as given by the superior.
- Assist in organizing events and seminars.
- Able to travel outstation.
