  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

  • To develop basic, advanced and international level training program.
  • To enhance existing training programs.
  • To conduct Basic, advancedand International level Courses.
  • To collaborate with cross divisional SME to develop holistic functioning ERT courses and program.
  • To acquire local and international certification and accreditation for ASEC and ASEC’s courses when required.
  • To provide subject matter advice and consultation to the Consultant team, colleagues and ASEC Client.

Skills and Knowledge

  • Ability to take full and final responsibility on task assigned with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to communicate effectively for team synergy.
  • Ability to seek resources to complete tasks on hand.
  • Ability to run Training Need Analysis.
  • Ability to design new courses and programs.
  • Ability to improve current courses and programs.
  • Ability to design and deliver impactful classroom experience.
  • Good knowledge of the subject matter in Fire Safety and Emergency Response.
  • Ability to grasp new knowledge and latest developments in the subject matter field.
  • Skills to deliver courses in accordance with the program designed.
  • Ability to deliver delightful Customer Experience.

Qualifications

  • Min 10 years of Fire and Rescue experience.
  • Professional certification and Subject Matter certification in the subject matter, or Bachelor’s Degree on the subject matter or equivalent.
  • Experience as a trainer is an advantage.
