Checks, manages and ensures all bureau checks have been promptly conducted.
To ensure all credit checking are promptly conducted and highlights any adverse findings and remarks form the checking.
Be vigilant of fraud documents during load application interviews to minimize risks.
Checks market value of vehicles and provide justification if there is any variance to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
Ensures that the supporting HP documents accompanying the application are obtained and information is consistent.
Communicates effectively on loan application with HP customer and dealers.
Ensures all legal requirements are complied with to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
Organize, develop and maintain a proper filing system to ensure the confidentiality of all protected information.
Assists Sales Executives in referring potential customers to take up financial products (motor insurance & personal loan).
Assist in preparing and checking loan documentation for the disbursement process.
Assist with various ad-hoc tasks, projects, and reports as directed by your superior, contributing to the smooth operation of the processing department.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
Fresh-graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply, candidate with experience in related field is much preferrable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
Candidates are willing to learn, trustworthy and self-motivated.
Computer literates (Microsoft Office).
Have own transport.
