Responsibilities: 1. Attend to phone calls, to incoming correspondence or emails, handle complaints and inquiries on the agreement, CMS current status, etc. (respond verbally, write a letter, or email). 2. Arrange an agreement for stamping via the Stamps Assessment and Payment System (STAMPS) portal. 3. Monitor and renew registration with Petronas, TNB, MAHB, MISC and the Ministry of Finance (MOF) via the MOF portal for any tender or quotation invitation and, if any. 4. Submit an RFQ or tender online submission via the MOF portal; obtain a quotation from the team; prepare and compile documents as requested; and upload them into the portal. Once awarded, to acknowledge the PO, also submit the DO or invoice via the MOF portal (if any). 5. Submit/key-in a sales quotation and sales order (Via SAP) for maintenance of DAC renewal and acknowledge the LOA. 6. Monitor stationery stock levels and replenish stock; liaise with and obtain quotations from suppliers. 7. Relief staff for the receptionist as and when required. 8. Checking of the monthly expenses claim and prepare summary of claim for the group of companies.
