- Drive sales of bancassurance products through targeted client engagement, ensuring customers understand the benefits of these financial solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Customer Engagement and Education
- Engage with bank customers both in person and through follow-up on warm leads, educating them on insurance as a key component of financial security.
- Conduct financial needs assessments to recommend suitable insurance products based on customer profiles.
- Collaboration and Relationship Management
- Collaborate with bank staff to maximize sales opportunities and deliver a seamless client experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branches to enhance customer reach.
- Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Insurance, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial sales, bancassurance, or related field. Previous experience in a banking environment is an asset.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English to engage with a diverse client base.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Knowledge of insurance products and financial planning concepts.
