Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Takaful Consultant - The Kahf at Prudential BSN Takaful Berhad in Shah Alam. The Takaful Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice on takaful products to customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering personalized solutions. They will also assist clients in making informed decisions to secure their financial future and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications
  • Knowledge of takaful products and services
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
  • Ability to understand and analyze financial information
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Relevant certification in Takaful or Islamic Finance is a plus
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous
