Huntsman Corporation is now looking for a dynamic individual as a Regional Compensation & Benefits Analyst. This position supports the development and implementation of compensation and benefits solutions in Asia Pacific. In addition, the incumbent shall undertake special C&B projects to support the business as required.
The ideal candidate will be located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
As a Regional C&B Analyst you will:
1) Compensation
Play an active role in conducting market benchmark review for the development of competitive salary structures and merit increment matrices for annual salary reviews.
Coordinate the increment budgeting process and consolidate increment budgets simulation.
Contribute to the proactive review of pay guidelines, practices and processes.
Assist with the participation in other compensation surveys. Initiate compensation surveys in the industry HR group if necessary.
Monitor closely the economic situation and market pay increase and trends.
Responsible for the coordination and submission of data collection kits to remuneration survey providers. Assist in ensuring the completeness and integrity of the data to be submitted. Liaise with survey providers for data validation.
2) Benefits
Contribute to the proactive review of benefits practices and processes, to ensure competitiveness of Huntsman benefits program.
Play an active role in supporting the APAC group insurance renewal policies, engage HR Business Partners and insurance brokers for insurance related followups.
Play an active role to plan and review regional wellness program
3) Others
Build and maintain reports, dashboards and matrices to streamline data analytical process.
Coordinate and consolidate regional other management reports including Corporate requests as required.
Provide admin support for the APAC C&B team
Undertake other compensation, benefits projects as assigned.
What skills and experiences are we looking for?
Good bachelor degree with graduate qualification in HR preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Numeracy and strong analytical ability.
Strong in project management skills.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of HR principles and practices, and market pay practices and trends.
