Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing goals.
- Manage, develop and execute effective and cohesive social media strategies that are aligned with the company’s marketing goals, guidelines and brand voice
- Create and publish high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Youtube etc.) in English and Malay.
- Manage and optimize our social media profiles, including posting consistently, responding to comments and messages, and running social media campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using relevant metrics and reporting tools to ensure targets are achieved.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices and apply as strategies
- Collaborate with other teams (marketing, SEO, content and production, etc.) to ensure consistency of messaging and brand voice across all channels.
- Identify and engage with relevant influencers in our industry.
- Track and analyze competitor activities on social media
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective unique functionalities
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English and Malay.
- Proven ability to create engaging and creative content
- Experience with social media analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- A passion for social media and staying up-to-date with the latest trends
