Job description:
- To edit in-house training pictures and videos.
- To conceptualize and develop graphics for social media.
- To organize the Institute’s Video channel.
- To replicate the Video contents into You Tube.
- To overlook and / or assist in the Company’s marketing activities.
- To communicate with international medical societies or organizations to organize events and webinars.
- To organize / participate in local or international events, seminars or talk shows.
- To establish a social medial recognition for the Institute in other countries.
- To update the Institute about potential and upcoming (local and Asia) aesthetic medical related events.
- To assist in the Company’s daily operations and to ensure a smooth operation.
- To assist the Managing Director in company related activities when needed.
Required experience, skills & knowledge:
- Qualification: Diploma in marketing and design.
- Working experience: Minimum 5 years working experience.
- Able to work flexibly and on selected weekends.
- Good communication skills - written and verbal.
- Matured, disciplined and responsible in completing the task to detail.
- Knowledge in using Photo and Video editing software such as Canva, Adobe illustrator, Quik and Flimora.
- Knowledge in MICROSOFT OFFICE, especially email system (Outlook) and WINDOWS.
- Knowledge in Search Engines and social media for searching and generating leads, replying enquiries and collaboration.
- Knowledge in Email campaign, text-messaging applications and related services.
- Good communication skills especially in drafting letters and emails.
- Attention to detail with good communication and graphic design skills
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
