Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Service Desk L1 at Air IT in Subang Jaya. As a Service Desk L1, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and offering help desk support. You will work closely with the IT team and communicate effectively with clients to resolve their IT-related problems.

Qualifications

Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills

Experience in Service Desk and Help Desk Support

Strong knowledge of Information Technology

Excellent Skill set In Active Directory and Azure O365

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Problem-solving and analytical skills

Experience with cloud services is beneficial
