• Branding Grolier product as the in-home learning expert to public especially parents • To gain good understanding about our unique skill development products and counsel parents addressing concerns • Providing counselling (feature & benefits) of learning concepts to target parents • Identify skills gap of kids through MI assessments and providing solution through CDP & products • Represent organisation in exhibitions, fairs & other platforms • Attending regular training & workshops designed by company • Should show interest in interacting with Aspirant child’s and their parents and have a skill set to convince them • Counsel to select appropriate study programs as per kids age group • Handle Inbound Calls, make cold calls as per available query list and conduct regular follow-up to gather and successfully close leads • To close sales orders according to the targets assigned • Providing service call & reference collection • Report preparation on daily basis on the specified format on the day to day routine.
