ROLE AND REPONSIBILITIES 1. Project Scheduling & Monitoring: • Assist in developing detailed project schedules and ensuring all phases of the project are completed on time. • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with the established timelines. 2. Administrative Support: • Provide administrative support to the project team, including preparing reports, and maintaining project documentation. • Ensure that all project files are up-to-date and accessible to relevant team members. 3. Coordination & Communication: • Serve as the central point of contact for the project team, facilitating communication between clients, contractors, and internal departments. • Coordinate daily project activities to ensure smooth collaboration between all parties involved. 4. Resource Management: • Track resource allocation and ensure that all materials, tools, and equipment are available when needed. • Coordinate with procurement teams to order supplies and manage inventory levels. 5. Risk Management & Issue Resolution: • Identify potential project risks and communicate them to the project manager or relevant team members. • Assist in resolving project-related issues and ensure that problems are addressed promptly. 6. Quality Control & Site Visits: • Ensure that project tasks are completed to the required quality standards. • Conduct occasional site visits to check on progress, monitor work quality, and address any on-site issues. 7. Project Documentation & Closure: • Assist in preparing final project documentation, including reports, drawings, and contracts, for project closure. Ensure proper handover of completed projects to clients, with all necessary documentation provided
