STORE CLERK/STORE ADMIN (immediate Hiring)

Job Summary: The Store Clerk/Store Admin is responsible for ensuring efficient operations in the store/warehouse. This role involves managing inventory, processing transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring the availability of goods for smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock levels. Assist in receiving, storing, and issuing goods. Perform regular inventory checks and cycle counts. Coordinate with procurement to reorder stock when necessary. Report any discrepancies or shortages to the supervisor. Stock Control: Ensure proper labeling and categorization of items. Monitor product shelf life, especially for perishable items. Organize and maintain a clean and orderly store layout. Data Entry and Record Maintenance: Input stock movement data into the system. Generate reports on inventory status as required. Maintain accurate records of goods received, issued, and returned. Order Fulfillment: Process customer or internal requests for goods. Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Liaise with suppliers or vendors regarding deliveries and returns. Store Administration: Maintain filing systems for store documents, invoices, and receipts. Prepare and issue stock-related documentation, such as delivery notes. Assist with general administrative tasks within the store department. Customer Service: Respond to internal and external queries related to store operations. Assist customers or employees with locating items and resolving issues. Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety regulations within the store/warehouse. Maintain proper storage of hazardous materials, if applicable. Report any safety hazards or incidents to the management. Other Duties: Assist in periodic stock audits. Perform other duties as assigned by the Store/Warehouse Manager.
