  • Maintain cleanliness of factory .
  • Archive and retrieve files as needed, ensuring all record are current and accurately filed.
  • Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information from HQ to local teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
