Chief engineer

• Responsible in overall project planning, construction and management tasks from inception to completion stage. • To identify overall statutory requirements and application procedure/process including Government policy in relation to project planning. • Responsible in managing submission, approval, tender and construction timeline in accordance to the master program. • To lead in Client Consultant Meetings, Technical Meetings & Site Meetings. • Responsible for all project activities to ensure compliance to the project drawings & specifications, work schedule, safety and relevant requirements. • Planning, co-ordination and control of site activities and management • Monitoring and ensure construction works are complied with the requirements (i.e. contractual, quality, time and cost). • Monitoring the effectiveness of implementation of the work progress, quality control and Quality Management System to the relevant Standards and procedures. • Leads the site team in machineries, equipment and tools maintenance.
