OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR (SIMPANG AMPAT. PENANG)

This vacancy is available for our trucking department at Lorong IKS Simpang Empat. Responsibilities: - Supervise and oversee warehouse operations, inventory and manpower. - Plan and schedule truck to meet customer requirement and deadlines. - Develop and maintain relationships with drivers, Customer Service to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of materials. - Monitor and manage daily operations, including logistics coordination, and maintenance activities. - Supervises all drivers; trains, evaluates and disciplines employees. Enforces safety practices and procedures. - Oversee maintenance operations, including truck maintenance schedules, and coordination with external vendors for repairs and servicing. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment across all operational areas. - Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by management from time to time. Qualifications: - At least 5 years of relevant experiences in logistics, transportation planning, or a related field. - Good organization and leadership skills and attention to details. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions. - Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards. - Ability to anticipate and resolve problems. - Willing to work at Simpang Ampat area.
