Enhance safety, health and environment aspects at the site, rectify any incompliance of standard operations procedures immediately. • Responsible for providing safety, health and environment reports to relevant personnel and authorities, check and follow up the implementation status of preventive and corrective actions / measures. • Supervise, monitor and inspect contractor's safety, health and environmental protection facilities, and review the implementation procedures of the contractor's safety, health and environment management. • Establish, organize and improve the Company’s safety, health and environmental management system and standard operating procedures. • Formulate safety, health and environment policies, procedures, objectives, indicators, requirements, rules and education / training plans. • Responsible for chemical hazard & material safety data sheet management, including flammable and toxic chemical management. • Responsible for hazardous waste, solid waste and waste emissions management. • Responsible for environmental and occupational health hazard identification, evaluation and management. • Develop safety, health and environmental training courses for employees and contractors. • Conduct regular audit for each section, provide evaluation reports, propose corrective actions, monitor implementation of corrective actions, verify and evaluate the success and satisfactory of corrective actions / measures. • Ensure high risk works (example hot work, work at height, confined space, welder work, etc.) are well managed in accordance to standard operating procedures and in compliance to regulatory requirements. • Develop, plan and implement safety, health and environment emergency rescus plan, emergency disposal plan, emergency drills, accident handling. • Liaise with safety, health and environment related authorities including Department of Safety & Health (DOSH) and Department of Environment (DOE). • Supervise and ensure that the safety and environmental equipment (fire water, fire extinguishers, emergency lights, eye washers, emergency cabinets, ventilation and dust removal facilities, etc.) are properly checked and maintained on a regular basis. • Responsible for formulation and implementation of DOSH equipment annual inspection plan, record management of ledger, etc. • Organize and coordinate daily inspections, monthly inspections, annual audits, third party audits and other internal and external audits. • To undertake any other duties or assignments given by the superiors and/or Management from time to time.Minimum 1 years working experience in related field. Ability to meet deadlines. Able to work independent with minimum supervision. Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 will be an advantage.
