· In charge of overall human resources and office administration matters such as recruitment & selection, manpower planning, compensation & benefit, training & development, payroll, performance appraisals, discipline, and administrative related matters. · Develop, implement, and manage the administration of HR policies, procedures, guidelines, and programs. · To liaise with government office pertaining employee related issues especially with IR department, Labour Office, and any other related government body. · To develop structure, organization chart, work culture, and align with mission and vision for the company. · Develop and maintain HR System in compliance and aligned with company policies and ensure HR practices are following all legal requirements of government regulations. · Manage all Recruitment needs thought effective manpower planning and recruiting strategies. · Keep up to date with HR legislation, before providing suitable solutions and interpretation to Management. · Determine the C&B (Compensation & Benefit) needs for the company. · Responsible for benchmarking Survey, develop and propose for Salary Structures for all levels. · Understand and analyse organizational capabilities and work with managers to review and develop the right organizational and ways of working for the business. · Oversee training need analysis and prepare training plan accordingly. · Drive continuous improvement on human resources policies and procedures to all organization division. · Organize and lead the company events / activities. · Plan for merit increment/promotion budgets and executions. · Responsible to review employee’s salaries based on Market Range and proposing to Malaysia & China Management for review. · Review and analyse Job Functions and Grading Alignment for all levels. · Drive the implementation of new C&B programs and changes in C&B time by time. · Lead the HR Operations team in carrying out HR Operations functions inclusive of data management, system management, filling, reporting, employee documents, and audits. · Managing and leading the team in delivering quality payroll, benefits, and administration services. · Manage a team by setting clear job expectation, coaching the team to consistently deliver quality services, and resolving daily issues. · To execute any other tasks as assigned from time to time. · To support and maintain all procedures and documentations in Human Resources Department to comply with Quality Management System according to ISO 9001, IATF 16949 & ISO 14001.
