Corporate Finance Manager

• Evaluating and executing M&A and other investment opportunities • Analysing valuation and returns • Overseeing Taiwan and Malaysia transaction due diligence • Negotiating transaction documentation, including sales and purchase agreements and other legal documents • Dealing with structuring and other Taiwan and Malaysia transaction-related matters • Liaising with business Taiwan stakeholders across all levels to achieve transactional goals • Managing relationships with banks and Taiwan stakeholders on financing requirements • Maintaining abreast of the changing business landscape in order to identify opportunities to drive both organic and inorganic growth • Analyze financial data to identify Malaysia company’s financial status • Conduct cost and benchmarking analyses • Develop financial models, taking legal limitations into consideration • Participate in regular audits and recommend corrective financial action plans • Design and review fiscal policies • Identify investment opportunities in Malaysia • Advise our senior management team in Taiwan on financial planning (e.g. acquisitions, mergers and loans) • Create forecast models based on current and past financial results Qualifications/Work Nature Skills Set • You have a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or an MBA. • You have prior experience in a similar role within the same industry or Corporate Finance experience in a top-tier consulting firm or investment bank covering the same industry. • You have excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen. • You possess good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different Taiwan and Malaysia stakeholders • You are result oriented, and organized, can prioritize effectively, and multi-task to deliver results in a fast-paced work environment. • Language requirements: English and Mandarin.
