CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

1. Planning and responsible for over all site activities and monitor progress closely. 2. Monitor and planning all necessary resources such as materials, manpower and equipment to achieve required schedule and completion dates. 3. Full time on site and attend all relevant meetings either with clients or wit his site team including safety tools box meeting. 4. To ensure respective department (Construction, QAQC, HSE and QS) perform their duties as assign. 5. Ensure project team members adhere to company policies. 6. Project cost control. 7. Fully understand the scope of work of the project. 8. Fully understand the contract document for the project. 9. Report to top management on physical and financial progress of project. 10. Liaise with client, main con, sub con, specialist and supplier for the project. 11. Provide solution options to top management of necessary. 12. Coordinate with other management staff in different department within the Company. 13. Able to resolve day to day site issues.
