Responsibilities 1. Developing, implementing and managing HR strategies, policies and procedures according to the company standards. 2. Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks. 3. Provide comprehensive HR support to the Group including interview coordination, responding to HR inquiries, and addressing employee needs. 4. Design and run employee training and development programs within Group. 5. Oversee payrolls for all employees and ensure timely and accurate payments. 6. Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees 7. Participate in employee engagement, learning, and development initiatives tailored to the Group. 8. Ensure compliance with Group’s HR policies, procedures, and labour laws including health, safety, and data protection regulations. 9. Maintain accurate, up-to-date HR records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to company policies. 10. Preparing and presenting Group HR reports to management. 11. Support all general office administration tasks. 12. Perform additional HR duties as assigned by the company. Job Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field 2. 5+ years of experience in HR or a related field 3. Familiarity with HR-related laws and regulations 4. Proficiency in all Microsoft apps 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 6. Strong organizational and time management skills 7. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality 8.
