Site Engineer/ Executive

• Carrying out job task given by management, senior engineer/ executive and responsible to plan detail of task base on the work plan. • To ensure that all of the customer’s requirements as expressed in drawings and specifications are reviewed, understood and finalized between the two parties before work commences in the workshop. • Liaise closely with workshop personnel, supervisor, team leaders, engineer, coordinator, and others to ensure job arrangements progress smoothly • Assist workshop’s job findings analysis, job progress monitoring, job troubleshooting, decision making and reporting. • To coordinate & arrange workshop job schedule and report progress to management • To resolve job related issue and provide solution to workshop personnel • To assist confirmation of job quality. • To set up testing methods, check sheet, perform inspections and job quality report in order to confirm product and work quality • Monitor workshop regular jobs progress and implement improvement processes and methods. • To ensure measurement equipment in good condition and setting calibration schedule. • To ensure workshop machines in good condition and setting maintenance schedule. • To arrange related maintenance and repair requirement for workshop facilities and equipment. • Preparation of job report. • To attend site visit at client site and propose method statement, highlight job requirement/ specification, inspection test plan and costing estimation. • To support sourcing and purchasing of job material upon request, liaise with workshop and purchasing personnel. • To support and coordinate for site job and meeting with client on job progress and troubleshooting
