We are seeking a dynamic Key Accounts Manager to lead our sales efforts to offline by establishing partnerships, with both retail stores, hypermarkets and wholesale channels. Offer Benefits: Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10am-7pm Competitive base salary with an attractive commission structure. 30th payroll payday Job Description: Sales Strategy & Execution: To maximize sales & distribution opportunities and achieve sales targets. Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities across offline channels in Malaysia. Channel Management: Build & establish company pages to introduce wholesales business operations and products information through social media platforms such as FB, IG, TikTok to attract more new business partners and maintain strong relationships with retail channels and industry contacts. Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company. Customer Engagement: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving payment, delivery, product issues, and offering product recommendations. Conduct product training and presentations for new business partners, retailers and distributors to enhance product knowledge and drive sales. Market Research & Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Provide feedback and insights to the product development teams to support the continuous improvement of our product offerings. Reporting & Administration: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market analysis. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 1 years in sales preferably with experience in skincare, haircare, personal care, beauty products, supplements or related categories. Strong sales network and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Deep understanding of FMCG products wholesales or distribution trends. Creative mindset with strategic thinking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with the Malaysian market and consumer behavior.
