esponsibilities - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners through regular communication, follow-ups, and engagement in both formal and social settings. - Cross-Department Coordination: Facilitate communication and workflow between BD, Operations, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of projects and client requests. - Client-Facing Interactions: Represent the company in client meetings, ensuring clear communication of project updates and addressing client needs. Attend social events and networking opportunities to strengthen client relationships. - Follow-Up and Accountability: Ensure prompt follow-ups on client matters, project progress, and internal tasks. Provide regular updates to the BD team and Group CEO regarding ongoing projects and client feedback. - Execution Support: Assist the BD team in the preparation of proposals, presentations, contracts, and meeting materials, ensuring all documents align with client expectations. - Networking and Representation: Attend and represent the company at events, conferences, and trade shows. Socialize and network with clients and industry peers to maintain relationships. - Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Provide quick and effective solutions to client or project-related challenges. Participate in decision-making discussions where cross-department collaboration is required. - Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and project updates. Ensure databases are up to date and assist with regular business reports. Requirements -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). -1-2 years of experience in business development support, client relations, or business operations roles. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with clients both professionally and socially. -Proactive and able to follow up on leads, projects, and client-related matters with minimal supervision. -Comfortable attending social gatherings, networking events, and engaging in informal client interactions. -Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to ensure smooth business operations. -Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail in managing multiple client engagements. -Strategic thinker, capable of solving problems and thinking critically in fast-paced environments. -Willingness to travel for client meetings, events, and industry functions as required.
