- Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems or its equivalent (Must Have) • 5 years & above of experience in computer systems analysis, design and programming. Technical/ Functional skills: • Experience in SSH, SFTP, XML application protocol, ETL and programming language. • Worked largely using SOAP UI, XML and JSON. • Good knowledge of Scripting languages, API interfaces and Batch schedulers. • Strong technical knowledge of Integration Platforms, including API design and management. • Strong experience with UI application interfaces. • A track record where you have flagged error or opportunity for error in API integration or Batch Integration in order to ensure that any risk is mitigated. • Strong technical background in IT infrastructure, software development, access management and IT security. • Technical proficiency including systems development experience, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and issue management in a multi-platform environment. • Able to work with vendor with off-site development team. • In-depth knowledge of consumer banking products and services will be an advantage. • Experience with large scale CRM transformation implementations is an added advantage. • Experience with cloud native applications and serverless design/framework is an advantage. • Demonstrated portfolio of work showcasing strong technical competence. • Good to have certifications on AWS/Azure Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365 etc. Personal skills (Soft Competencies [Core/Leadership]): • You must be able to effectively communicate complex concepts with vendors, customers, co-workers and management, both verbally and in writing.
