Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile HR Administrative Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage both human resource functions and administrative duties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the company. Key Responsibilities: 1.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening candidates, and arranging interviews. 2.Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes. Conduct orientation and introductory training for new employees to familiarize them with the company's policies, culture, and processes. 3.Maintain and update in HRM system for employee profile records and documentation record. 4.Responsible to review daily employee attendance, leave and claim application. 5.Assist in performance appraisals and employee relations, handling grievances, and disciplinary actions. 6.Manage disciplinary actions, issuing showcause letters / warning letters, counseling and managing follow-up procedures. 7.Responsible for accurate and timely payroll computation, processing, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements. 8.Ensure compliance with all local labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies. Stay updated on changes in labor legislation and recommend necessary adjustments to HR policies. Good knowledge in Human Resource and Employment Act. 9.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. 10.Responsible for administrative duties, such as maintaining the office, including tasks like document filing, supplies, records, keys and maintain beverage supply in pantry. 11.Organize company event function such as Team Building, Annual Dinner, Town Hall Meeting and Employee Benefits and manage company Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for employee to attend HRDcorp claimable training to enhance knowledge and skills. 12.Coordinate meetings, events, and company functions, including arranging logistics. 13.Responsible in issuing quotation, delivery order and invoice to customers. Responsible to submit Invoice and Delivery Order to customer for their company stamp and acknowledgement for process payment. Assist in follow up payment from customer within the payment term. Responsible for bank reconciliation, update Aging Report for Debtor Listing. 14.Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials from vendors/suppliers. Responsible to maintain vendor information and agreement. 15.Evaluate vendors’ quotations to ensure that they align with the technical and commercial specifications required. Advise on issues regarding purchasing terms and conditions. 16.Responsible for daily operational purchasing needs such as issuing and following up on Purchase Orders deliveries and shipment schedules. Prepare supplier bulk payment accordingly.
