Steel Erection Engineer

1)Take responsibility for managing and coordinating the erection and installation of pre-engineered steel buildings. 2)Supervising and directing the work of erection teams. 3)Create and maintain erection schedules 4)Managing the erection team to finish Site procedure according to the erection time schedule. 5)Ensure that all materials and equipment are available on-site when required. 6)Reviewing Steel Erection drawings 7)Checking civil foundations elevation before steel (columns / frames Erection). 8)Supervising ground assembly for main columns with beams to compose frames can be lifted and erected one time. 9)Supervising erection of main steel girders and bracings between frames (with consideration of erection sequence). 10)Supervising alignment and bolt tightening for main members of the structure on the main Aligns and Axis before offering for inspection. 11)Supervising erection of Dressing (erection of small beams, bracings, angles, C-Channels and other medium & light steel items). 12)Supervising balance bolt tightening and offering for final inspection. 13)Supervising Erection steel handrails and gratings. 14)Through all previous steel erection steps, solution for many technical problems in erection due to material defects or wrong design to be set by my or client proposals through RFIs (Request for Information). 15)Ensuring that all work is completed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with safety regulations.
