Armstrong Technology Sdn Bhd Location: Bukit Mertajam, Pulai Pinang We are looking for a dynamic and creative person to join our team. # Job Descriptions - To monitor Cleaner & ensure the general cleanliness and housekeeping of the company. - Monitor licensing expiry date & submit for renewal application as and when required. - To make sure of Rental, Electricity, Water and telephone bill are paid on time. - Control and Purchase of Stationery, refreshment and sundries, printed documents. - To assist in the ISO practices as part of the departmental daily operation practices, such as Admin practices guide in IATF16949, ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO14001 and ISO45001. - Security Management - Monitor and updating employee’s medical claim. - Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR) for Admin expenses including cleaning charges. - Handle festival decoration and welfare. - Office administration such as name card printing, office equipment - Any other duties as per assigned. # Job requirements: - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent. - Required Skills: Excel, MS Words, Power Point - 3 - 6 months of internship duration - has own transport and able to work in Bukit Mertajam, Penang - Kindly state your internship period in your application. ** Please state your internship date and duration in your application.
