We are seeking a capable and proactive leader who will be responsible for building a financially sustainable business while providing first rate customer service in Johor Bahru. Responsibilities: - Translate the strategic goals of business into operational plans to achieve the required targets. - Analyze data from local market research and competitors' actions to generate commercial insights and adjust business plan. - Promote the company’s services/brand through advertising and marketing campaigns. - Conduct research to identify new channels and user acquisition. - Develop new business opportunities, and actively seek new growth and expansion opportunities. - Manage relationships with partners. - Reporting on a weekly basis to top management on the work progress, milestones completion, branch growth.
