Based on the work order, carry out assignments in functional or technical modules in accordance with the assigned tasks independently, carry out their functions partially and/or lead more than 1 project for the module they control completely independently which includes but is not limited to: understanding what required by the client, making planning/designing standard SAP Best Practice solutions, setting up and/or configuring the SAP system/other IT software required, compiling project documentation, and other work so that project targets are achieved in a timely manner. Main Responsibilities: - Based on Work Orders, full responsible for more than 1 project assigned independently. 1. Explore, analyze, and understand client needs to plan and design complex and accurate solutions using appropriate SAP best practices based on the results of understanding and mapping the client's business processes. 2. Make plans, provide direction and assignments for implementation and solutions, monitor, and evaluate the implementation of assignments given to team members according to the tasks given to them. 3. Configure and test SAP modules which are under his responsibility. 4. Manage the agreed scope so that there are no non-commercial change requests and manage risks so that there are no project delays. 5. Assist in the preparation of Business Process Procedures, Test Scenarios, end-user documentation and creation of user manuals. 6. Prepare and assist with the workshop process, receive directions and carry out configurations. 7. Communicate with SAP according to project needs and carry out administrative tasks on the project. 8. Responsible for implementing modules in accordance with the project plan and established methodology including complete completion of deliverables. 9. Transfer knowledge and technical/functional knowledge, provide instructions, make presentations, and create system and non-system manuals to/for key users and BPO. 10. Carry out stakeholder management by acting as a liaison with key users and the Business Process Owner for troubleshooting: carry out investigations, analysis, provide explanations and provide solutions to suit customer business needs and the targets to be achieved. 11. Carry out development and implementation based on the project plan. Including drafting project plans (scope, deliverables, timelines and resources), identifying and recruiting a team, preparing and assisting in the preparation of individual work plans for team members. 12. Oversee all project activities in accordance with existing requirements. 13. Leading projects within the scope of the module, including facilitating meetings, tracking, and monitoring progress. Other responsibilities: - 1. Provide support to clients according to superior instructions in accordance with work orders. 2. Search and create business opportunities with Key Users and BPO. 3. Carry out integration between required modules. 4. Become an SME or SA if necessary.
