Event Manager

We are looking for a competent Event Manager to oversee and organize events that will make an impact to a target audience. You'll ensure events are successful and cost-effective, paying attention to budget and time constraints. Job Descriptions:- • Planning event from start to finish according to client's requirement, target audience and objective. • Prepare suggestions to enhance the event's success. • Prepare budget and quotations. • Source & negotiate with vendors and dealers. • In charge of hiring & training promoters. • Coordinate all operations. • Supervise & leading the staff. • Approve all aspect before the event started. • Ensure event is completed smoothly & step up to resolve any problems that might occur. • Analyze the event's success and prepare reports. Job Requirement:- • Minimum 2 years working experience as an Event Manager. • Skilled in project management. • Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office. • Outstanding communication & negotiation ability. • Excellent organizational skills. • A knack for problem-solving • Customer service orientation
